A naayin (a barber's wife) is all set to make a small cut in the strapped vein of a man's lower leg to help him lose some of his "dirty, unclean" blood. This practice of "therapeutic" bleeding (in other places and countries leeches were used for this purpose) is continued outside Meeran Sahib Darbar in Bhera.
